How Many Fish in the Sea?

How many fish are there in the sea?

I don't know.

I know that there are a hell of a lot of fish in Michigan, though. And I caught a beauty this weekend!

Really...I did. An awesome salmon, about 38" in length. LOL! I had one on line....but he just didn't want to get netted. Hooked him good, but he just kept swimming the opposite way. So...the inevitable happened. I lost him. Snapped my line and took my best fly along with him. Damn! Swam back up river spawning away. Damn salmon! Another snapped my line instantly! But, being the true fisher-woman that I am, I stayed in the river until after dark...in the rain...even waded back up stream for that good catch...and BAMM! Got a good hit. Took a while to reel in...but it was worth it. Even though I was tired, cold, wet from the icy rain, and my muscles were aching from the fight...It made my fishing trip a great experience.

I love fishing. It not only teaches you how to be observant of everything around you and still enjoy the moment...but teaches you patience and how to battle through those tough times.

Now really...this brings up another question that I have - how many good "fish" are there in the sea?

I don't know...

But I think that there might be a few good ones in Michigan...
