End of the week....

Wrapping up an interesting week, here.....

Server, program and IT issues at work (defeats and accomplishments all week....feel like I have been on a rollercoaster ride and a firefighter - - the thrills and adrenaline rushes..........or utter freak out from art girl!)...

Trying to finish another painting tonight but just not feeling it (a tired mind will do that)...

News of Kelly's fourth child on the way (after dinner-nite with her discussing her need for me to join her in motherhood - she thinks my kid needs a sybling and that I might do for a botox treatment with her on her next session)...

Sitting the teens for 5 nights (as noted elsewhere here)...

Getting back in touch with Mr. Big in this new year(thank goodness! that man rocks)....

Actually speaking - strike that - communicating with the ex on good terms regarding our daughter (holy goodness, actually acting like friends)....

Another late nite debate/discussion with Benjamin on politics (another Nader fan...but I think we disagree on the Kissinger-Obama conspiracy - Him pro/Me con....big business take overs and government being bought out...what it takes to be a leader as great as Kennedy and Clinton and Roosevelt[s] - great partners (wives), lying with a smile, incredible IQ, character, wanting to make a difference and not just the power, and of course "charisma").... He keeps me on my toes with what is the latest and greatest read or news!! Luv that guy!

My step-grandmother passing yesterday (dad and stepmom's return to the north for a brief time, my heart and prayers go to Deanne).....

Now tomorrow is the girl spa party hosted by Fata-girl(so needed - thank you! thank you! and she has the alternative to Kelly's plan of botox injects that didn't fly with me - as well as the other freaking idea - Hear that Kelly???? Only planned on one here - you and Matt can be Brangelina - - - hehehehehe!).....

And Aunt Jane's surprise 60th birthday party on Sunday (recent breast cancer survivor...and still going strong and positive!! Even with my uncle's stroke she has been so strong for ALL of her family - bless that woman!! She still took time to watch her grandkids, take care of grandma, help her sons, and be the fabulously wild and funny lady that she always has been!)

Sunday evening = poolside/swimming and fruity drinks....and a long meditation period in the sauna....I think I will need to run a few miles on the tread to get the right energy flowing before I hit the workplace again on Monday....It is due to be an intense week....

Up too late...shouldn't have lifted weights so late at nite tonight...but I am determined to drop at least another 10 and buff up to my mid-twenties ideal. Got to before I hit the beaches! Special K and Celery is gets really boring....and I can't help sneak the hummus and steak and hotwings and sushi!!! Damn....and I like to cook too much!

Time to grab a glass of h2o, stretch a little yoga style and hit my comfy, warm flannel sheets, fuzzy blankets and snuggle with my bull (the decade old stuffed one...) and fall into dreams....
