Ok - Hours later and too late to blare P!nk and such to dull the ache....I have to resort to almost (11:45) midnight yoga again. My alternative therapy until I see Dr. B tomorrow...even at that I refuse pain killers... if all else fails I don't think a little ibuprofen with these "bloody" headaches - will be too bad for just one evening.

Yep....still whining. Don't whine often (unless it is a good wine...Pinot Noir accompanied by a fab hummus and pitas). So if you are trying to get a thrill or read something interesting here....won't find it tonight....just a whiny girl with head problems. Oh that didn't come out right did it?
